Returns & Breakage Guarantee

We take immense pride in every wheel-thrown vase, planter, and dinnerware plate that leaves our Culver City studio. Because pottery is tactile and personal, we want you to love living with your pieces.

30-Day Studio Return Policy

If you are not completely enchanted with your ceramic piece, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and wrapped safely in original packaging.
Due to their fragile nature, returns must be packaged with sufficient cushioning.
Customers are responsible for return shipping postage unless the return is due to our error or transit damage.

Damaged or Defective Items
